Is humidity in new buildings harmful to health?

My office workspace was relocated to a new building that has been erected over the last few months and apparently hasn't dried out at all yet. There is underfloor heating there. When I enter on Monday mornings, the humidity is over 90%. Then I open the windows and doors for 10 minutes. It can't be longer; it simply gets too cold for me. Opening the windows tilted doesn't help. Should I be worried about my health due to the high humidity?

If you don't have rheumatism and it's warm enough, probably not. I would be more concerned about the health of my paper documents and electronic devices...

You have a significantly increased risk of mold growth at 90% (and a slight thermal bridge).

Talk to your boss or the works council (if available) and suggest a (watch the noise level) construction fan. Ideally connected to the sewage system, then it is practically maintenance-free. After a few weeks, the problem should be resolved.

do you measure the humidity, or is it just over 90%?

what does the boss say about that?

We have set up a hygrometer. Monday mornings are particularly intense; over 90%. After 15 minutes of quick ventilation, it naturally gets better. We do this 3 times throughout the morning. That's why we are, of course, sitting there in sweaters and scarves.
