Is humidity in new buildings harmful to health?

90% is in the morning - especially on Mondays - when the whole weekend hasn't been ventilated. It is - as mentioned - a new building, which was constructed between April and October and was occupied immediately after the painting work.

Presumably because it is an office building and no one works on weekends?
