Is financing without equity capital possible at all?

Firstly, the money will not be enough if you plan a basement, and secondly, I must unfortunately warn against taking out too little credit. We earn more than you, and where have we taken out 250,000 credit.. 150,000 is equity.. Now we have been denied additional financing of 25,000 without any reasons given.. We are now properly in trouble. Because exactly that amount is now missing. Now there is no garage and the entire garden has to wait.
