Is financing feasible this way? Are the fixed costs okay or too high?

Your insurance broker also has you in the speed dial... when I look at the type of insurance and the premiums called up, all I see is the picture of lambs and the slaughterhouse

Change the broker, streamline your insurance, go to DBV (Axa Insurance) and cancel the occupational disability... for civil servants, they are pointless.

Nonsensical only if there is actually an occupational disability (BU) and not a service incapacity insurance. But you do need that at a young age, especially if you want to pay off a house.

Especially when it comes to a change of private health insurance (PKV), I can only recommend getting proper advice. This does not include a representative of the insurance company or a typical commission-based advisor who just sells a "cheaper tariff" casually.

If things go badly, you immediately have a problem due to violation of pre-contractual disclosure obligations (if you have been to the doctor in recent years, what must absolutely be declared, etc.), or you have chosen a poor tariff from which you can get less out (because after the change serious illnesses or chronic conditions have been diagnosed).

The quick switch to another private health insurance can haunt you for the rest of your life.
