I almost think it is a basic prerequisite to state net salaries, and therefore no one asks.

For me personally, that is too much credit for that income. We have a similar income, except for the rental income, and the very thought of 380k almost scares me to death...

And that with only one child and no additional costs like daycare fees etc...

Amounts that here are partly declared as "that's nothing unusual" would probably end in a panic attack for me...

Hello Tobi,

I don't want to be indiscreet, but may I ask how you and your wife have saved 220K under the given conditions (both 35 years old, child, etc) (+the apartment)?

Even if you had saved 2K every month, which is significantly above your desired monthly burden, it would have taken well over 10 years (without interest + apartment). As I said, you only earn 3K and are 35 with a child.

I would also be a bit interested in the structure of your expenses and the savings rate.

Best regards!

One-time payments? Commissions?
So it is possible. It just doesn’t concern us.

I really wonder what business it is of yours. That's bordering on voyeurism.

Such nonsense. It serves solely to satisfy your curiosity.
