So I don’t quite understand why the salary of the siblings and the girlfriends are each listed together... is it already assumed that they will break up again and so only the brothers remain? I think just the brothers' salary is definitely far too little.

We requested the financing when I was heavily pregnant and finalized it when our baby was only a few weeks old. The bank only wanted a letter from me stating how much I would earn after parental leave. So not even something official from the employer. And that even though I am also on the house loan contract with my ex-husband and could have obligations there in an extreme case. I think it simply depends on the bank and the overall situation. I would just request it through a loan broker.

That all sounds doable and likeable in the sense of not being pretentious and safe. I would have the house inspected by an expert, better safe than sorry.

Costs all in €700,000
Less €200,000 equity, €20,000 will be retained for liquidity
