Where do these discussions and speculations lead us? Do they help us? I followed up on the hint for us and it was a very good hint.

I only asked one question because it wasn't clear to me. The answer helps me.

You are already in contact with Signal. If you know more than what Noel has written, then you will surely share our knowledge with us; otherwise, everyone now knows where they should go.

They must have also told you up to which "original" loan-to-value ratio a financing will be accompanied.

I contacted noelmaxim, but there is no response anymore. I also sent him a private message in the other forum. The Signal Iduna finances up to 100% according to telephone information and indeed excludes KfW from the loan-to-value ratio. As a result, we would get a condition without an interest surcharge, otherwise we would have received one up to 80%. I also looked into the building savings contract through a building savings broker, and everything noelmaxim wrote was correct. What annoys me is that he no longer responds; you probably drove him away.

You can't contact him at all because he was banned by the administration. If you meet him, you can tell him to create his own platform if he can't follow the house rules of others.
