Yes, that would then be too meager. If that is the case, I would go for a maximum installment of 1100-1200€ and then the financing amount will also decrease accordingly.
Even alone (and wanting to remain alone) I would not want to "demand" a reduction below 80 sqm from the OP, which would still be clearly above the tiny house segment. If I were alone, I would take a closer look at the tiny house approach.
Owner-managed regional businesses are (as is well known) also my "first choice". But that the customer acquisition costs are generally lower there, I consider wishful thinking.I would also look less at the big companies and more at smaller businesses from the region. There, tens of thousands of euros for show homes and sales commissions are eliminated.

Unfortunately only very rarely - the ignorance of the contemporary tiny house scene towards the conceptual basis "ISO container" exceeds the scope of anything rationally comprehensible. It simply has no points of contact with their bubble :-(Are there actually these low-loader suitable houses like in the USA in Germany, i.e. compact, modular dimensions, inexpensive, only placed on a slab?
Doesn't matter, corresponding concepts can be found in the Netherlands. Nonsense idea: Is it actually possible to create a pond, place the house on a pontoon, and thus circumvent building regulations because you live on a boat?Unfortunately only very rarely - the ignorance of the contemporary tiny house scene towards the conceptual basis "ISO container" exceeds the boundaries of everything rationally conceivable. It simply has no points of contact with their bubble of thought :-(
