Is a turnkey wooden house possible under €300,000?

was this price really meant for the turnkey house? With Leonwood, our offers were always over €2000 (more towards 2300)

I had seen the Leonwood catalog at an acquaintance’s, who had actually had the really nice house calculated. About €220,000 with a gas boiler, without the base slab, without patterning. But that was already a while ago.

Ok, then the prices should look different now: Just last year they had at least two price increases. The houses are all beautiful nonetheless
