Hello everyone,
my wife and I are planning to build a bungalow. The plot is almost purchased. Now the question is slowly coming up what extras we want for our bungalow, or what one should have.

Topic eaves:
What is considered sensible for a bungalow? I believe that for a flat building it doesn't look (purely visually) appealing to extend them excessively?!? What are reasonable dimensions here (50 cm) and do these dimensions include the gutter?

We would like a larger overhang in front of the front door. It would be nice if the roof there protruded at least 1.5 m (width max. 3m). Then you have a nice space to leave the stroller dry occasionally. Can one give a rough estimate for the additional costs... I know that is always difficult...

Thanks and regards
Stephan
