Is a multi-sector connection included in the floor slab?

MSP was listed as a separate item in our offer. I think it was 600 or 700 euros in 2017

in which paragraph of the contract does it say that? About connections in general or only about water/sewage?

It is under the contract item foundation slab > drainage pipes

Then the other utilities (water, electricity, gas, fiber optic) for connection to the MSE and core drilling plus, of course, the external installation will cost extra.

The topic also came up for the first time during the meeting with the architect. The salesperson had told us about the multi-branch and mentioned that some providers no longer put anything in empty conduits, but he forgot the price.... It was also 800 extra for us in the middle of last year.

With us, it was exactly the other way around: I knew about it, had included it in our cost planning, only to find out after the foundation slab was built that it was included with the civil engineer who is making the foundation slab.

I have just learned that the MSA is being concreted into the base slab. If the base slab is included in the offer, and the MSA becomes part of the base slab, wouldn't it be expected that it is also included in the costs? Connections from the ground are extra, but the MSA is in the base slab. When I buy a car, the necessary parts for it to function are also included. I wouldn't want to buy the exhaust separately...
