I have to ask now. How do you come to the conclusion that parental allowance is not considered in the financing? Not one of the major banks or brokers has told me/us this so far. On the contrary, everywhere it was counted as income quite normally. Ok, our situation is a bit different (wife is a civil servant and fixed return to part-time after x months). But does this small detail really make the difference or are some people possibly exaggerating here?

Because that is what is stated in our creditworthiness guideline

Why not? Depending on the region, that's entirely possible

If the property costs 1 euro, I agree with you.
