Invoice from the notary - 4 days after the notarization appointment

Hello,

9 days ago we had the notary appointment. (Grundschuld and Kaufvertrag)
The invoice came promptly - everything is clearly listed there, including the topics that will follow (Auflassungsvormerkung, instruction for payment, etc.)
I always thought that the invoice is issued only after full performance, or at most only the invoice for services already rendered.

I think I will pay - but I am curious why it is like this.
