6 units on 800sqm, there’s nothing left of the land. Think of 1.5 parking spaces per residential unit!

We have here a multi-family house with 5 units on 450sqm including 6 parking spaces; but it has 3 full floors + attic + 1 apartment in the basement.
My current thoughts are to build a multi-family house (5 residential units) and sell the apartments as quickly as possible except the one I live in, and live mortgage-free!
