That is nice in itself. The only question here would be how long the field is really at P? In our case, if at all, only briefly, because the water boils very quickly and everything else burns at P. And then the question how much it actually draws. Ours, for example, 3.2kW. At 3 minutes you would have to buy just about 30Wh or not even 1 cent worth. ;)

Or choose an inverter that delivers more. Does that exist or is Kostal actually quite well positioned here? Are you satisfied with your technology as it is? Would you buy something different today? Personally, I don't know a single brand in this area, the brands I mentioned are standard with the house manufacturer.
