That is correct. However, as described above, the Helopal system seems to be problematic during installation. The issue is that the profile is supposed to be pre-assembled on the windowsill.

Now I want to ask a silly question (I haven't dealt with the topic of window sills at all yet, I just stumbled across the topic today).

Personally, I would also prefer if the window sills did not protrude, but why do I need this shadow under the window sill? Can't it simply be designed without it?

Doesn't the shadow gap quickly become a dirt gap?
