Usually, almost all of that is done by companies during construction and you don't really have to worry about it. Or do you mean they'll give you a discount on plugs?
And even if you do it yourself, the cost for special plugs will never reach a four-digit amount over the entire life of the house.
It holds up for others too without having to sit on the floor with the toilet.

Don't get crazy about it! I have a 75" TV including a 5kg wall mount hanging on an 11.5cm Poroton wall. Nothing is happening there at all! I used completely normal dowels for it.

Is a main advantage of ks not the mass that serves for good heat storage and thus keeps the temperature more constant both in heat and in cold?

With Poroton, you just have to be careful to switch the hammer drill from hammer drilling to normal drilling. Otherwise, the entire brick will come at you.
