I personally tried to plaster part of the basement exterior wall at the parking space. This is not for amateurs and if there are so many questions here, my advice would be: Have a professional handle it.

OK, what was your experience? Did it remain at the attempt?

In one part I glued construction boards and then plastered them. That works reasonably well, in the remaining part I can repeat it with the boards next year. But in an area that catches the eye, I would not plaster myself.
