Yes, the wood fiber clay plaster variant. The mineral materials are also very good as insulation, but I don’t like the idea that in a later demolition/renovation it would end up as landfill waste and cannot be recycled. Even if I’m already underground by then.

There are apparently also wood fiber interior insulation boards that are already coated with a clay plaster. So they only need to be glued to the wall and can then be directly filled and painted.
