Hello,
since our shell construction (42.5cm Ytong without WDVB) is standing and the interior work has gained momentum, I have a few questions so that I am well prepared for the craftsmen.
I am wondering how and if anything needs to be insulated afterwards when holes are drilled to the outside and the actual insulation layer is perforated.
Examples:
From the kitchen area, the electrician drilled several holes through the wall into the garage and laid cables through.
The plumber drilled a hole through the wall for the water connection in the garage and laid a pipe through.
For the electric shutters, one hole per shutter was made through the insulation (Styrofoam in front of ring beam) to the outside and a small slit was made with a knife so that the cable from the shutter box can be led inside.
Now my question is whether this is simply closed with plaster and that is fine, or whether foam sealant or similar insulating materials must be used for compensation.
For the controlled ventilation system, two insulated pipes lead to the outside area.
Thank you very much for your help in advance.
Regards Kai
