Yes, it is a fixed price. At the end of the day, that's actually quite fair. Especially in the area of renovations, sometimes horrendous sums are charged.

Moving the heating is easier (and cheaper) than I initially thought... I found an offset piece or S-connection on the internet, with which the radiator can be moved 3cm inward without additional holes in the parquet or screed.
