I read through the thread with interest, as usual, very divided opinions here regarding insulation of a cold roof.
We are still in the construction phase and are considering using the construction time before moving in to possibly add insulation.... Not an easy decision :)

A quick question about drywall or foil walls...
Wouldn't drywall have at least some "moisture-regulating" effect here and thus reduce the risk of theoretically possible condensation forming on the foil?
