Installing low voltage electrical cables: Electrician or any craftsman?

Is the drywall installer allowed to lay the cables for 24-volt LEDs themselves, or does this have to be done by the electrician? Many drywall installers put up ceilings and walls with LED strips that have 24 volts. Who is allowed to lay the cables into a central distributor where the power supplies are housed? Is this only allowed for the electrician or also for the drywall installer? The electrician then lays the cables from the power supplies, which are housed in a central location, to the distribution cabinet. Best regards Jürgen

Yes, he is allowed to do that up to 25V alternating voltage without further training

For work on SELV installations, no training as an electrical specialist is required. However, he should still know how to wire the cables. ;)
