What kind of law do you want there now?
Your sink, your scratch!
You are free to prove that someone else is to blame....

Uh... what?
YOU bought it. So YOU check the delivery.
Why should there be a law for that?

Well, there is the Building Code 433 ff. However, the customer must identify the defect. Sorry to say: You enter into a contract when you buy something (online). You might also want to read the terms and conditions. They are available in every common online shop. At the latest by the age of 16, one should know simple obligations of the purchasing process or at least engage with them. Those who use online shops, here as well. Of course, you don't have to know everything.. but many things can be understood with common sense, even without reading the terms and conditions.

This is VOB. However, the standard in construction with consumers is the Building Code.

... and it also does not exempt you from checking deliveries you have ordered for your quality requirements, because

scratches are not noticed by everyone and are particularly difficult to attribute if you have not convinced yourself of the proper condition of the goods provided. It could also be the case with slight scratches that you bought because maybe it was discounted and the scratches are in a rather inconspicuous place.
