Installation of air-water heat pump - Does this fit?

Above all, point #1 is especially important to me because I have read some good approaches regarding noise generation to avoid or reduce it.

We have ours specifically on the other side of the house where the bedroom is not... it stands free and is inverter-controlled and an especially quiet model... you can still hear it in the living room when it turns on... I don’t want that in the bedroom...

What are your approaches there? How many meters/orientation is the other side? We are still unsure as well, but the consultation with the construction/heating company has not taken place yet. In your area, the noise would also be my big concern.

I have read that a solid foundation/decoupling, sound-optimized model, enclosure as well as sound-reducing roofing are sufficient.
