Hi, from my layman's perspective, our shell builder has installed the light wells unclearly.
The upper area is not flush with the house wall. The lower area is already pressing into the insulation.
This was confirmed by the landscaper. He says that a spacer must definitely be installed in the lowest element of the light well. Otherwise, the insulation will give way over the years and get damaged.
Ultimately, water will press into the light wells...
What do you think about this? (Our architect sees it as unproblematic...)
