Outrageous. Looks like Bien-Zenker to me...

If the wardrobe is 1 sqm, then the pantry is just 1 meter deep. You can't even fit a 40 cm shelf along the long side because then you can't walk through anymore. If the entrance is moved, usually more has to be changed. Here the staircase clearly calls for a 2/4-turn... the hallway is also useless... Or the missing kitchen door... probably not included in the price.

3.68 meters in width is too narrow for almost everything. Basically, the dining table works, but it's no good for walking past.

Just draw the furniture into the plan. Please leave 1 meter of space around the stove, otherwise the furniture will scorch.

And where is the upper floor? A site plan would also be nice.

I really find it outrageous for the general contractor to deliver such a performance.

Toilet eternally far away from the utility room.

The fireplace in the corner, in my view, severely restricts the furnishing of the living room.

Pantry and wardrobe I find a disaster.

Draw furniture in original size and also consider additional movement space, e.g., for the chairs.
