We have the opportunity to purchase a piece of meadow in the undeveloped outer area, which directly adjoins our plot in the unplanned inner area. Would the purchase also change the calculation basis for the floor area ratio? We are considering enlarging our house, so it would be good to know whether the meadow is relevant in this respect – or not, since it is not designated as building land anyway. Can someone help with this? Or can the responsible building authority inform me?
