Ikea Washbasin Norrvike / Godmorgon Internal Dimensions + Cleaning Instructions

I have my eye on the Norrviken sink from the Godmorgon series. Unfortunately, the dimensions only indicate the external measurements and the material thickness.

Can someone tell me the internal dimensions and the depth of the basin? (The nearest Ikea is 1 hour away)

Then I might be interested in a "long-term experience." The cleaning instructions exclude all possible options and say to only clean with the supplied cleaner. Since I live in the south of the country, water with limestone is normal, and I usually clean the bathroom with vinegar cleaner. Can someone say how their basin looks now after the purchase date? Is the surface sensitive?

The answer may no longer help you after such a long time, but maybe other users still have the same question.

We bought the Norrviken sink 1.5 years ago, have cared for it exactly according to the instructions and with the corresponding product, and still there are stains that cannot be removed. Ikea offered to replace the sink with a new part in response to our written inquiry. At the moment we are still considering whether replacing it with the same sink makes any sense at all, as we have to assume that the same problems will occur again after a (relatively) short time. The material – as beautiful as it is at first – is much more susceptible to stains than ceramic sinks, and because conventional cleaning agents and methods are excluded, you are simply powerless against it in the long run.

I would not buy it again.

Just a legal note:

According to the law, the seller has the right to repair or replace, provided the buyer can prove that the defect existed before the purchase. However, it is already considerate that IKEA replaces it without proof from the buyer. If this can be proven, the seller can repair twice (i.e., replace with the same product or an equivalent product if the same product is no longer available). Only after the second repair does the buyer have the option to withdraw from the purchase contract. Only then can the customer either request a refund or choose another product.
