IKEA Resonlig sliding hinge no longer available

did you see if the sliding hinge of the new devices is different from RESONLIG or did only a call center employee say that? In this case, I would be suspicious and would take a look at it in the furniture store.

Yes, I had looked at it both in the instructions from Skinnade and on site. The mechanism is now integrated into the dishwasher door and the new Skinande also has a different product number, meaning it is a different machine.

Hello, I had the same problem: Resonlig was not in the machine for me. I had the customer service come. He found out that it is the installation kit 156171400/5, which must be ordered from the spare parts warehouse at Electrolux, and he also left a hefty bill of over 100 euros! I then contacted Electrolux again and explained the situation, no answer yet, that was yesterday.

You should also contact IKEA customer service again regarding the problem. After all, IKEA sold a device with missing parts.
