Ikea Pax wardrobe 2 meters wide, rails for sliding doors are missing

my problem is the following:

I bought Pax Heimdal sliding doors on Ebay, unfortunately the doors are 2 meters but the rails for top and bottom are only 1.5 meters. So they don't fit. OK. Just now I was at Ikea in Essen and was told that these rails are not available separately and that you basically have to buy EVERYTHING NEW. That can't be true to have to buy everything new just for two measly rails.

Now my question:

1.) Is that correct? Can't these rails be bought individually?
2.) Does anyone have these rails and want to sell them?
3.) Where could you possibly get such things in case?

I would be SUPER GRATEFUL for any help......

Looks bad. You can at most take a look in the [Fundgrube]. Or ask the employees of the [Fundgrube]. Or check in the department if they might be renovating soon and replacing a set of rails, in other words installing new doors. Sorry, but that's really bad.... there is still a tiny glimmer of hope.

If you received the instruction manual for it, please take a look there or, if not, go to the bedroom department in your EH, they can check it there as well. The manual contains a list of accessories. All individual parts should have numbers. If your sought-after rail has a number there, you can reorder it through customer service, although you will at least have to pay for it then. Otherwise, you can only try the variants already mentioned above.

No, they do not have a number and they are not orderable as spare parts.
