Sorry, your planning is most likely gone.

Maybe just as a tip. The email address is not meant to send you emails. In the kitchen planner, it only functions as your username to access the plans with you or in the furniture store. That means, even if you change your email, you can simply keep the "old" one at Ikea to continue accessing your data.

Just try logging in again with the old email. If that doesn’t work, your planning is probably gone.

Na.

PS: One more thing comes to mind: Sometimes it actually is the case that the server where your plans are stored is overloaded. Then it simply shows nothing when opening the account. So try again a few hours - days later. Sometimes it works... Otherwise, the planner is really great.

Or plan offline, meaning download the software first and then plan.

On the web ("in the Cloud"...) I prefer not to save, except maybe my emails, until I eventually let my mail client pick them up.

So, I don't know any online kitchen planners! Unfortunately, I can't help. Better to use offline. Then you are in control of your data. (Backups not forgotten, applies in general!)

That's exactly where the problem lies. You can only use and save the current planner online. With the predecessor, you downloaded the software.

And for me, that thing just doesn't work at all.

This is usually because your browser is too new. No joke! Download an old Explorer or Firefox and the planner will run.

The Swedes aren’t that fast after all.
