IKEA FAKTUM hanging cabinet, problems with cabinet doors

Finally, we have our Ikea kitchen complete, but we have a problem with the Faktum wall cabinets and the matching ABSTRAKT doors. The doors do not stay open at the top but close immediately. Only in the last 5 cm do they slow down and close slowly!!!

Shouldn't the doors stay open at the top and slow down over the entire path when closing???

Who can help us????
