Ikea countertop

Hello,

I am considering buying the Karlsby countertop from Ikea.
I need 3m, so I would take the 186cm countertop twice.

The cutouts for the cooktop and sink cost 35 each (so 70 in total).
The longitudinal joint costs 7 Eur.

Can someone tell me how long the delivery time is for the cut countertop?
Anyone have experience with the quality? Is the longitudinal joint from Ikea any good?
Is the joint properly screwed or simply plugged together with the oval things?

Cutouts and connections are only available for custom-made countertops. KARLSBY is only available as a whole board in the two lengths.
