Ikea Billy Shelf - 40cm Width?

am I mistaken, or did the Ikea Billy shelf in the 39 cm depth also used to come in the 40 cm width? I wanted to buy it yesterday and saw that it is now only available in the 27 cm depth.

Therefore, I need your help or maybe someone has an idea. I need a shelf for file folders and it must be in black-brown. I have a maximum width of 46 cm! The height can either be around 100 cm or quite tall (190-220 cm).
