Identical roof windows installed a second time - is it critical?

Compared to most others here, I probably have a trivial matter. I hope it's still okay that I bother you with this here. ;)

In our newly built passive terraced house, the roof windows (from Roto) were just installed. I noticed that on Wednesday the direct neighbors still had windows installed, but we did not. One day later, it was the other way around. Apparently, the windows were first installed at the neighbor’s place (where they weren’t supposed to be, since the attic is not supposed to be converted at first) and then at our place (where they belonged).

My question now is: Is this okay or are the windows technically "used" because they were installed somewhere else for one day? Could the windows or the flashing have been damaged in the process, or is it highly likely that this is completely uncritical?

Hello,

This is probably something that could be argued in court for a long time with no clear end...

As long as the double casement window shows no signs of installation where they don’t belong, I would assume it should not be a problem; the warranty is 2 years even in this case. People make mistakes, even roofers ;)

Best regards

I have only limited interest in a legal dispute. I see it quite pragmatically and really just want to know if we should expect any disadvantages - and that apparently does not seem to be the case. Thanks for your opinion! :)
