Phew, one and a half stories is probably the most common roof shape overall, and the architectural design is not limited to the roof shape, meaning many buildings can be realized with different roof shapes. Otherwise, there are thousands of designs starting from prefabricated house portals (fertighaus.de etc...) to house manufacturers (Baufritz.de etc...). Regards Peter

If you now plan to build and apparently have not done so before, I would first carefully inform myself about everything possible like insurance, energy protection regulations, etc. Read up well, because there will certainly be some things that you need to add to your financing.
