Hello.. unfortunately we are at our wit's end and have no more ideas.. I hope someone might have a tip for us! We actually wanted to position our house like this: 
As you can see, we are quite limited by the curve and the 5m permissible building boundary! The house protrudes just under 1.4m² beyond the boundary. After the building preliminary inquiry, the exceeding of the boundary was rejected.
We are quite disappointed and don't know how to most sensibly accommodate the house and double garage on the property without blocking the entire garden. If we simply moved the house backwards, there would be almost 8m in front of the house!! That is so unnecessary!
The house is on the north side, therefore the garden is on the south side. Does anyone have an idea?
