How to position the house? Restriction due to building boundary.

Dear ones, I KNOW that I only have two options, reschedule or push back! I am aware of that ;-) The thing is, if rescheduling, I simply have no idea HOW!? We cannot do without the double garage, the house cannot be much smaller, and the garden or a terrace in front of the house is not practical for us since we have dogs and like to let them run outside when we are sitting outside. And in general, I prefer having it behind the house, also because strangers come into the house from the front for the dogs.

I would try to reschedule. Postponing is, in my opinion, the worse solution.

What does the planned floor plan look like?

Without a floor plan, it is hard to guess how you can redesign -.- The house can also become narrower and longer without becoming smaller. Why can't you do without the double garage? For example, one option would be: single garage with a parking space in front.
