nordanny, my wife has no location preferences. The property should not be too large (except of course the kitchen area!), (grocery) shopping facilities should be good (we are very spoiled here, currently within about a 5-minute walk we have Aldi, Penny, and Edeka). And - unfortunately - not too much glass (because of a lot of cleaning). And a bright room for photos.

rick2018, no, actually that doesn't cause any problems, because I am not loud. No wind or percussion instruments, nothing electrically amplified. That also works currently in rental apartments. As long as I don't get too much noise from outside. I also don't need any special rooms, no studio. Just a non-reverberant, quiet room.

Bad Kissingen
In some districts, e.g. Garitz, just a few steps and you are in the forest
A few steps and there are shopping facilities
Still partly rural character and structure
By bike along the Saale
Horse-drawn carriage to Aschach
Excursion trips to the biosphere reserve
Walking in Sisi’s footsteps
Culture, VHS
The whole city is aimed at people over 50
Doctors available
In Bad Neustadt all clinics available.

Does that contradict itself now? One would think you have in no way developed any personal contact over time, or a taste for life in a region... Does that exist? Move yourselves to Palma – the light is nicer there
