How to construct a sloped concrete terrace?

We have received a concrete terrace. However, it seems to have been poured very carelessly and does not have a significant slope. Far from 2 to 3 degrees. I have that in mind as the standard for this.

I will demand that but would like to know beforehand what the common methods are to achieve that... Applying waterproofing membranes on it? Grinding with a concrete grinder? Adding an additional layer of screed? Etc.

That would interest me as well. We bought an existing property where the previous owner had placed a huge concrete block in front of the house many years ago. Unfortunately, he didn’t continue building on the terrace, so there is still just the bare concrete foundation. The annoying thing is that he did consider a slope, but in the wrong direction ;)
Thus, the water drains towards the house wall, which has already caused damp walls in the basement.

Either add a story to the front of the house or remove something accordingly at the back. If it's not much, a grinding pot with a diamond blade is suitable for this. Just ask a relevant machine dealer. If it's several centimeters, I would probably opt for an angle grinder and a proper demolition hammer.

That depends on the situation on site. Is there even enough space for additional coating? Or does something need to be added on top?
