How much of the front door frame should be visible?

Hello, we received our front door yesterday and unfortunately had to notice that the upper frame is only about 5mm visible. The side frame is about 3cm. The overall appearance just does not fit. The supplier of the door took the measurements and does not see this as a defect. Are there any guidelines for this? I have attached a picture. What is your opinion?

I would be more bothered that the lower frame of the side windows is fully visible (and will remain so) and that there is 5mm of space at the top.

The side 5mm can be done that way, so I think no defect will be accepted.

The contractor took the measurements and then sent me a work approval including a picture of the door from the inside and outside, but not in the installed condition.

Somehow it seems to me as if a possible overlap by the brickwork was forgotten during the measurement. Not only at the top, but also the outer side frames are completely covered. How does it look from the inside?

I would have also said that the measurement must have been correct until the brickwork was installed.

Unfortunately, it also looks really, really bad.
