The question makes me smile insofar as 1 kg of feathers weighs just as much as 1 kg of lead, and the same goes for 100 sqm.

The limitation of the plot share that one is allowed to build on already ensures that the garden remains large enough. Even if you push it to the maximum, there is still plenty of space around it. Sand flying won't land on the coffee table. On 100 sqm, a greyhound doesn't even need to start running, but it's more than enough for a person. Imagine speeding through an apartment with a Bobby car that has no partition walls.

It is relatively small. I personally think, however, that small gardens are nicer to design. If you follow a few design rules, you can create nice areas in it, including a play and children's zone.
Best regards in brief

Because I know this right now: a double swing, 2.50 m high, requires a safety zone (fall area) of about 3 m by 8 m (24 m²).

Vegetable bed, IIRC, 2.5 m wide (accessible from both sides) and maybe 4 to 5 m long ==> rounded up to 15 m².

In other words: You can fit quite a bit on 100 m²!

Thank you for the quick feedback!

We will go to the property with both children in the next few days and place one in each corner of the garden. So you can look forward to it.

Look. Remove the L-edge and you have roughly 100 sqm.

Thanks, that helps a lot with visualization! We will still go to the property tomorrow and play "living dimension."
