Hello everyone,

looking forward to your answers:

[*]Please only vote for solid / stone on stone built houses
[*]Move-in does not mean the complete completion of the construction, but only that you have moved in and the house was basically habitable

Thank you!

In the survey, you should keep in mind that having a basement or not makes a difference of one month.
A rough rule of thumb: a normal house without a basement can be built in 6 months, with a basement in 7. To be faster, you really have to work magic; anything beyond that is poor organization by the general contractor.

Regards,
Andreas

Individual trade contract with winter break, without basement, 10 months. Was good.

Single trade contract (some own work) with basement, 11 months until actually ready for occupancy. Currently, only minor things (network, repairs, ...) remain and then the move will take place.

In 2017, it was 6 months for 7 according to the contract with our GU. That is now just an illusion, contracts have slipped to 10 months and the actual construction time for most is 9 months. In individual awards, it looks even bleaker in this region. Nobody in my circle of acquaintances gets under 12 months, despite connections.
