How long does it take to build the house? 1 year?!

I would also strongly recommend living together calmly in the confined space for one year first. I don't want to be a pessimist, but maybe the whole thing will be over by then.

It's purely about speed for you, right? He mentions 11 months and you are immediately interested. But there are other things besides speed that are much more important...

11 months of construction time is quite long if you are in a hurry

In this context, pondering about "living together for the first time" is a bit odd. Money comes and goes. Time is gone. Those who keep this in mind might do more "unreasonable" things and lose money here and there, but live more intensely. We take money too seriously. Just do it sometimes, if possible.

No, not at all. Money doesn't matter at all.

So we are 4 people in a 55m² apartment.. That works too But now it’s getting tight for us. My kids are 3.5 years and 0.5 years

But on the topic of existing properties.. That you can also find them within 3 months or 1 year is rather a misconception.. The house also has to fit.. We have now been looking for a total of 4 years and then came to the conclusion that we would build a house.. But there were problems with the plot.. Until we happened to find the house that we are very likely to buy..

But don’t rush anything, as the colleagues have already written here! And compare!!
