From the first planning meeting to the building permit, nearly 8 months passed for us. It was a bit more complicated because we deviated from the development plan. Otherwise, we probably would have needed only 3 months. While the approval process was ongoing, we looked for a construction company. Immediately after the building permit was granted, we commissioned the construction company, and they then started work two weeks later. We contractually agreed on a construction period of no more than 40 calendar weeks.
