Sounds like quick completion. Or a construction fence included in the price?

We will have the construction fence until the end. It is additionally screwed in so that no "tourists" wander onto the construction site... The construction fence has now been standing for over a year.

Construction fence duration of installation is a matter of location, liability risk, and one's own condition. We only blocked the driveway.

Like with real estate... location, location, location.

If you build somewhere in the middle of nowhere, you don't really need a fence, but rather space to lock away equipment / floodlights with motion sensors.

In downtown locations with heavily trafficked paths, a fence for the safety of all parties involved.

In established neighborhoods, more as protection against children / curious neighbors.

New housing developments unnecessary.

(We built in the rear development without a fence. For a few hours I had to run after the kids’ nonsense (e.g. found construction keys and hid them elsewhere....). But cost and benefit are not proportional here)

No, brother-in-law could get it for free, so there was no rush.

We have enclosed our house connection pit with a shoring protection because it is directly next to the sidewalk. We did not have a fence around the construction site. We had "tourists" in our shell construction, especially on Sundays. If you can get a used fence cheaply, then use it and sell it again. Renting is usually more expensive since it will stand there for several months. As a builder, you also have the duty to secure the construction site. If a worker leaves a manhole open and someone (a child, for example) falls in, you are responsible! I also had to put the scaffolding ladder up several times because the workers simply left it down. If children playing climbed up there and something had happened, the judge would have had to ask, "Could this have been prevented? Who could have prevented it or did they violate their duty of care?"
