I have now researched myself and it is definitely not a terraceReally? You have already read the thread completely, that a) it can be a terrace (does not have to be) and b) in case of doubt a court has to decide.

Hey, and where does this knowledge come from? Landau and/or the rulings serving as the definition from the time before? One can only argue about the fixed flooring – but even with you, one can easily set up their table along with chairs properly. What kind of surface is under the gravel?I have now researched myself and it is definitely not a terrace
Hey, and where does the insight come from? Landau and/or the rulings serving as the basis for the definition from the time before? One can only argue about the solid flooring – but even with you, one can easily set up their table along with chairs evenly. What is the ground like under the gravel?
I asked right at the beginning whether it was rent or purchase, there was no answer. That is unfriendly. Either you want the house or not. Otherwise, someone else will get it. You can contractually specify that 1 m2 living space is accepted according to DIN and the purchase price is variable. But will anyone agree to that? You have checked in advance anyway. Then just let it be.Boah wie freundlich hier wieder alle sind.
you smarty pants
If you are so smart, then why are you asking here? Rarely have I seen such a performance here.I have now researched myself and it is definitely not a terrace
