House with small floor plan wanted

Why? For understanding

82 sqm floor area "one and a half stories" corresponds roughly to about 98 to 102 sqm living space, the model numbers represent the living space, so all are above that. In terms of floor area they all fit within the framework, but checking confirms the suspicion nonetheless: the 110 actually fits, with a knee wall of 100, that should be sufficient; with the 116 with a knee wall of 175 I am unsure because of the treaded staircase whether the headroom still works if the knee wall is lowered; with the 121 with a knee wall of 150 the staircase is more favorable for lowering, but the floor plan is almost square. For the last two I have – although I have not calculated it – the feeling it might be tight: either with usability when lowering the knee walls, or with the non-full story at least in the two-thirds federal states. But it is already late for today, and I have not calculated it for all, therefore I said "sound like". The Town & Country are, I believe, calculated in the basic model to fit all federal states.

"Leonwood" builds beautiful wooden houses. They are located in Maust near Cottbus. We had also visited them back then (during our search). Great atmosphere in such a wooden house! There are several small house variants in the model gallery. For example, the "Mini 95" is available from 116,000 EUR for the complete kit with delivery. Or the company Fullwood also has great houses! They are located, among other places, in Werder near Potsdam. On their website, you can find a huge selection of references. There are small ones, too. I do love our current house.. but if I were to build one last time, it would be a small, cozy wooden house :)

We are building a small house with Fullwood, under ligneus holzhaus you can find our blog. Fullwood has no model houses and multiple branches in Germany. They design all houses individually. We are very satisfied so far, but our house is not there yet.
