82 sqm floor area "one and a half stories" corresponds roughly to about 98 to 102 sqm living space, the model numbers represent the living space, so all are above that. In terms of floor area they all fit within the framework, but checking confirms the suspicion nonetheless: the 110 actually fits, with a knee wall of 100, that should be sufficient; with the 116 with a knee wall of 175 I am unsure because of the treaded staircase whether the headroom still works if the knee wall is lowered; with the 121 with a knee wall of 150 the staircase is more favorable for lowering, but the floor plan is almost square. For the last two I have – although I have not calculated it – the feeling it might be tight: either with usability when lowering the knee walls, or with the non-full story at least in the two-thirds federal states. But it is already late for today, and I have not calculated it for all, therefore I said "sound like". The Town & Country are, I believe, calculated in the basic model to fit all federal states. Why?
