It means that it is very very very important where you build. In the cow village you might get developed building land for 45.10 per sqm. But then you live without infrastructure. Without stores, without schools etc. Everything has to be driven to. There may be people for whom that fits, they could then also buy a good 800 sqm or more and a pony meadow. But for the majority, that does not fit. So. What do I want? What do I need? Then it is decided where you build. But that also decides how much of my money I want to spend on the land, and the house then has to be built with the rest. In short. In the cow village you could build big and stylish, on the edge of the city only small and modest. Karsten

NaNaNa for under 45 euros there are also cow villages with gas stations, supermarkets, bakeries, gyms, hairdressers, etc. [Schule, Kindertagesstätte, Bücherei, Seniorenwohnheim, Ärzte] ;-) Nah, what you wrote is fine.

I think that's nonsense. If you don't have any personal preferences, you don't need to get involved in religious wars like "brick or sand-lime brick" or the like. Every builder has their wall material, in this sense, prefab house manufacturers are builders like any others.

Laypeople tend to overestimate the shell construction. Building itself is a complex undertaking. Those who focus too much on the wall materials may end up with the wrong heating technology—simply because learning capacities are limited, and in detail, everything is somehow like doctoral theses.

Haha 45 euros well it would be nice, for under 500 euros per m2 you have to live here without infrastructure like supermarkets. But we don't mind, the countryside life :D.

I would consider how I want my house to be Good and affordable (Energy Saving Ordinance, no rain shower, simple tiles) Energy Saving Ordinance - KFW - Passive house Low in pollutants inside, upscale features like large-format tiles, whirlpool, KNX etc Craftsmen only around the church tower Then I would choose my building partner.
